he firm is pleased to announce that D. Fredrick Hoopes and Lary S. Larson of the firm have been named as 2008 recipients of the Denise O'Donnell Day Pro Bono Award by the Idaho State Bar Association. We commend Fred and Lary for their continuing commitment to assisting those who are often most in need of but unable to pay for legal services.

The firm is pleased to announce that Theodore R. "Ted" Larsen, formerly of Hailey, Idaho, and currently a third year law student at the University of Idaho, will join the firm as an associate in the Idaho Falls office upon his graduation in the spring of 2009. Throughout his law school experience, Ted has consistently demonstrated the aptitude and effort required to succeed as an effective lawyer, and we look forward his arrival along with his family in 2009.

The firm is pleased to announce that Lindsey R. Romankiw, currently a second year law student at Brigham Young University, will join the firm as a summer associate in the Idaho Falls office during the summer of 2009. Lindsey did a first year legal externship with the firm during the summer of 2008, and we were very pleased with her work. We look forward to her rejoining us for the summer of 2009.
